DEPOSIT, RENTAL PAYMENTS & PETS

A deposit equal to one months rent is required at lease signing along with pre-payment of the last months rent. Prior to keys being issued at move-in, the first months rent shall be paid.

Pets may be considered on some rental properties depending on the landlord, type of pet and submission of the full rental application; additional pet deposits and monthly fees will apply if a pet is approved. Current pet vaccinations are required. Some units offer a washer and dryer for an additional monthly fee.
