Not your typical Real Estate Agent

Nick has a unique background in Real Estate, IT and Public Safety. He studied Finance, Real Estate and Information Systems at Georgia Southern University and is one of a select few that has been approved by the Georgia Association of Realtors as an Online and In-Person Real Estate Instructor throughout the State of Georgia. He has also been trained through the University of Georgia J.W. Fanning Institute as a Civil Mediator. He is a former Police Officer and founded Secure Operations, an IT security company that provided solutions to individuals and corporate clients in several states. He is a Certified Security Assessment Specialist (SAP) and is CPTED Certified to provide security and safety consulting to clients to reduce crime through environmental design of facilities. He is always learning and is able to represent his clients with a unique determination and skill set to help them achieve their goals with residential, commercial sales and leasing, and investment properties.

Since 1989 Nick has worked on some of the most complex real estate transactions and worked with some of the Country's largest corporations, government agencies and banks to represent their real estate interests; Nick helped Statesboro acquire one of the largest mixed use developments in its history. Nick helped another client procure a location for a large Federal Government contract worth over $100 million dollars that helped his client become listed as the 14th fastest-growing private company in the United States by Inc. Magazine. He has represented Unions, Churches, Law Firms, Medical Practices, Restaurants and Retailers.

Nick believes that giving back to the community is every persons responsibility as a citizen and is honored to support the Statesboro Community which is an amazing place to call home.  He has served on the Board and as President of the Statesboro Police Officers Foundation and was the 1st Board President of the Georgia Police K9 Foundation. He served on the YMCA Steering Committee and has served on the Executive Board of the Statesboro YMCA along with the non-profit Fostering Bulloch 7th Mile Farm and has served in various capacities with other community organizations. Using his extensive security background, he co-founded the Church Safety Alliance of Bulloch County to work with area churches and law enforcement to improve church and church school safety. In 2019 Nick was awarded with the prestigious Deen Day Smith - Service To Mankind Award for his work in the community.
